Health information on this site

The information on this website is general and is not a substitute for advice from a pharmacist, GP or other healthcare professional. Do not delay seeking medical advice because of something you have read here.

If your symptoms are severe, getting worse, or you are worried, contact your GP or call NHS 111. In an emergency, always call 999.

Appointments and bookings

• Booking an appointment does not guarantee treatment. A pharmacist will assess whether a service is clinically appropriate for you.
• You must give accurate information about your health, allergies and current medication. We may be unable to treat you safely if you do not.
• We may decline or stop a service where it would not be safe or appropriate, and will explain why and what to do next.
• Please tell us as soon as possible if you cannot attend, so the appointment can be offered to someone else.

NHS services

NHS services are free to those who are eligible. Eligibility is set by the NHS, not by us, and a pharmacist will confirm it during your consultation. Where you are not eligible, we will tell you before any charge applies.

Private services and payment

Prices for private services are shown on the relevant service page and are confirmed before treatment. Payment is taken at the pharmacy unless we tell you otherwise. Where a service cannot go ahead for clinical reasons, we will refund any payment taken for it.

Using this website

You may use this site for personal, non-commercial purposes. You must not misuse it by knowingly introducing malicious code, attempting to gain unauthorised access, or copying its content for republication without our permission.

We work to keep the site available and accurate, but we do not guarantee that it will always be available or free of errors.

Our liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law. Subject to that, we are not liable for loss arising from your use of this website.
